As GIVA’s retail footprint expanded, engaging frontline employees and consistently communicating their achievements or key performance milestones across branches became increasingly challenging. To address this, GIVA moved away from spreadsheets and fragmented communication to a unified, app-led platform that brought incentive automation, employee engagement, and learning together in one place.
