Find out in the above video! **#salesincentives #automation #jobscheduling** Video Transcript Video Transcript – Job Scheduling In this video, we’ll walk you through how to schedule a job in the Incentivate system. From setting intervals to managing active periods, this guide ensures you can automate jobs with ease. \[00:03\] To schedule a job in the Incentivate system, first go to the Processes tab and select the Scheduling option. \[00:05\] Choose the interval that you want the job to run—for instance, Daily. \[00:11\] Now choose the job you want to schedule. \[00:18\] Next, select the active period offset. Here, zero denotes the active period, while -1 and +1 represent the decrement and increment of active periods. \[00:30\] For example, if the active period is April 2022, then -1 denotes March 2022 and +1 denotes May 2022. \[00:43\] If you want to know which period is active or how to make a period active, refer to the video created for managing periods. \[00:50\] Once the active period offset has been chosen, select the time that you wish to run the job. \[00:55\] Your job will be scheduled once you confirm the sub-option. \[01:00\] Additionally, you may view your scheduled jobs in the scheduling tray. \[01:06\] If necessary, you can delete scheduled jobs by selecting the delete option. \[01:10\] Thank you for watching this walkthrough of Job Scheduling in Incentivate.
