<p>In this video, we’ll walk you through a demo of Incentivate, our flagship no-code platform designed to automate incentive programs for insurance organizations with complete transparency and motivation for sales teams.</p>

<p><strong>[02:37]</strong> Through <em>My Mix</em>, they get insights into the attribution of products they are selling.</p>

<p><strong>[02:46]</strong> Additionally, if they have a query, they can raise it directly within the platform. Once submitted, it goes to their manager, who can accept, approve, or reject it. Based on the manager’s actions, the incentive is recalculated instantly.</p>

<p><strong>[03:09]</strong> Advisors also get access to <em>Income Predictor</em>, a powerful tool for field salespeople, especially on mobile.</p>

<p><strong>[03:23]</strong> For example, Raj can enter the premium he expects to achieve across products. As he enters data, Incentivate calculates incentives on the fly, showing exactly how much he is projected to earn.</p>
