Video Transcript – Sales Rep Dashboard
In this video, Sumeet from Aurochs Solutions introduces Incentivate — a no-code, zero-compromise platform built to simplify sales compensation for sales ops admins and sales teams.

[00:07] Hey guys — hi, this is Sumeet from Aurochs Solutions. I'm here today to introduce Incentivate.
[00:09] Incentivate is a no-code, zero-compromise platform.
[00:16] If you are a sales operations admin or your organization has been running a sales comp plan for years, this demo is for you.
[00:27] Let’s assume Gabby is one of the salespeople. When Gabby logs into the dashboard through Incentivate, this is what she gets to see.
[00:33] She gets detailed views at different levels of granularity for her sales comp plan — all the key metrics driving her incentives and what she’s earning against each metric.
[00:51] As she scrolls down, she sees her achievements and quota percentage of attainment. Items highlighted in green indicate ranges she has achieved; other ranges show where she still has progress to make.
[01:13] The visualizations are completely configurable — you don't need to be a software developer to change anything in the solution.
[01:25] You’ll notice a few other dashboard elements; all of these are configurable as well.
[01:31] From the summary view, Gabby can jump to the next tab to get deal-level details, raise a query, and access embedded workflows for disputes or adjustments.
[01:44] She can raise a query right here and submit it — the moment she submits, the query goes to her manager for review.
[02:01] Queries can be raised at the account level or at any level you configure; once routed, the manager can accept, approve, or reject the request.
[02:11] Additionally, Gabby can see her team’s deals — every deal, the owner, the account, and any associated metrics like payout slabs, co-deal attribution, and more.
[02:37] She also gets a team performance view, which is where things get interesting: AI coaching for every person who rolls up to her.
[02:48] Incentivate provides LLM-driven coaching insights for each individual’s performance; the messaging tone adapts based on performance — gentle encouragement, firmer nudges, or constructive guidance as needed.
[03:11] The goal of AI coaching is to surface meaningful, personalized insights so Gabby can have productive conversations with her subordinates.
[03:38] Next is the Income Predictor — a what-if calculator. Gabby can model expected premiums or revenue and see instant incentive projections for herself or her reps.
[03:52] For example, if Thomas is expected to achieve a certain revenue level, Gabby can see what his incentive would look like and what he would need to do to reach it.
[04:19] This tool is highly configurable to match your incentive rules and reporting needs.
[04:22] To summarize: everything you’ve seen is configurable — the look and feel, dashboards, workflows, and insights.
[04:34] The entire dashboard is mobile-enabled: Gabby can check all of this on her phone via a browser or use the Incentivate app.
