Incentivate is a full-featured, no-code sales commission and incentive management solution suite with built-in IC intelligence and business workflow to automate commissions for the in-house sales force and other channels. It supports clients of all sizes and industries.

The client has a unique way of tracking their performance. They measure the performance on 6 different parameters on a monthly basis by scoring the salesperson on a scale of 100. These scores are then used for semi-annual and annual performance reviews. Additionally, 2 parameters are used to measure the performance from a monthly incentive perspective. A combination of these mechanisms ensures tactical and strategic push across the organization. As per this engagement, the expectation from the client is to deliver.

  • Separate dashboards for Sales Reps to track their performance on all the metrics mentioned above.
  • Manage their complex incentive structure & automate current manual sales calculations.
  • Provide insights from their sales data which will motivate the sales reps to sell more.
  • A platform that will assist sales representatives in remaining motivated while also feeling truthful about the incentives obtained.
